Refund Policy


We have a 30 day return policy. If you have been in possession of the item for more than 30 days then unfortunately we cannot issue a refund or make an exchange.

To arrange a return please contact us. Any return we receive that has not been arranged cannot be refunded.


To be eligible for a return you must provide a proof of purchase and the item must be unused and in the condition in which it was received.


Once your item has been returned and inspected we will send a notification to acknowledge we have received it and inform you whether your a refund or exchange has been approved.

If approved, your payment will be refunded via your original payment method. This may take a few days to show in your account.

Please note, we cannot issue a refund if an incorrect delivery address has been given to us, therfore


Exchanges will only be considered for damaged or faulty items.
